If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. This courtesy enables us to schedule another client in this time.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
If you are late for an appointment we may not be able to see you but we will try our best. Any advance notice you can provide will assist us in finding time to see you.
All lash extension appointments must be paid in full at time of booking.
